Elaida do Avriny a'Roihan is an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah and advisor to Queen Morgase. Portrayed by Shohreh Aghdashloo.

We see her lead the coup against Siuan Sanche in the White Tower, deposing and replacing her as Amyrlin Seat. She is ruthless and power hungry. Through strategic machinations, she becomes Amyrlin Seat herself.
