NYNAEVE al'meara

one of the main characters in The Wheel of Time, portrayed by Zoë Robins. Wisdom of the Two Rivers and fiercely protective of its inhabitants, she follows Rand & the others as they journey out into the world. Along the way, she discovers that she is the most powerful channeler in a thousand years, but has developed a block to her abilities which often causes her problems. She falls in love with Lan, Moiraine’s warder, and is an adversary of sorts to Liandrin. This adversary relationship eventually leads to the breaking of her block and the freeing of her channeling abilities.
